Paul White: is a highly experienced healthcare leader who is currently the Consulting Director for the Health Roundtable and Client Manager for NT, WA and SA. Paul works with senior managers in healthcare organisations and his operational experience is centred on appropriate strategic decision making backed up by a detailed understanding of data and evidence. He has experience of working in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia. Paul holds a 1st Class Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford in the UK. 
Michael Blatchford: is an engineer and experienced healthcare consultant who has worked with The Health Roundtable since 2007 implementing lean principles in healthcare in both hospitals and dental surgeries. He has designed and delivered Lean Healthcare workshops to over 500 participants in hospitals across Australia and New Zealand (including several programmes at Alice Springs hospital). He is the Roundtable specialist working with teams who are addressing “stranded patient” issues at their hospitals. Michael holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney, Michael is a member and Registered Professional Engineer with the Institution of Engineers, Australia.
