You have been cordially invited to attend the Health Roundtable SA Chapter Masterclass. This educational event will give you the tools and understanding to get the most out of the data and to start making a footprint in positive change across the health system.
 
The course will require approximately 3 hours of your time. This is broken up with 90 minutes of video content and an addition 90 minutes of exercise across the platform.
 
The Health Roundtable SA Chapter Masterclass would be best approached by getting together in peer groups. This will allow for you and your group to gain mutual commitment and key learnings from each other.
 
Health Roundtable SA Chapter Content:
  • Introduction and overview of the Health Roundtable
  • Overview of Heath Roundtable Reports and Resources
  • Understanding Mortality and Hospital Acquired Complications
  • Understanding ED Metrics and Patient Flow
  • Drill down to Department and DRG Level
  • Putting it all together - Case Study Exercise and Discussion
  • Develop an investigation plan for the next 6 weeks
