Author: Sarah Brandt | Posted: 30/05/2016 | Views: 1063

PAH’s transport system was antiquated, paper based, inefficient and unable to provide data analysis/ statistical information.

To modernize their system PAH replaced transport cards with communication via mobile devices and revised who performed what tasks within the process. They also standardized task inputs and local controllers.

With these improvements in place PAH now has much improved statistical information. Pre-improvement 66 jobs were logged per day and post implementation 217 jobs were logged per day.
