Metro-south improves governance to embed evidence-based therapies

Metro-south wanted to improve access for consumers and carers to evidence-informed psycho-social interventions and needed to ensure that the quality of the programs was maintained. By improving the governance processes they have trained more Hearing Voices Facilitators, improved their Cognitive Remediation Therapy program and developed a workforce capability framework to support staff development.
