One Advance Care Plan saves 9 occupied bed days per annum at Metro South

Professor Liz Reymond from Metro South Palliative Care Service shared how they are currently supporting about 25% of their patients aged over 70 who stay in hospital more than 5 days to contemplate an ACP and record an outcome.
