Please select which sessions you will be attending including the Optional Dinner. The two workshops on 21 May will be run concurrently - please indicate whether you will be attending Stream 1 OR Stream 2.

If you are unable to attend please register to indicate if you will be participating in the Webcast.

Delegate Registrations may be cancelled up to 13 May 2010, with a full credit of monies paid. After that date, no credits are possible. However, you may substitute a different person for those registered at any time. Hotel and airfare arrangements are separate, and may have different policies regarding cancellations and name changes. Please contact them directly.
