Making More Time to Treat

The Health Roundtable will share its expertise and stories of implementing Lean with numerous Health Services and Allied Health Professional in Public Hospitals across Australia and New Zealand.

Total cost is $250 plus GST.  Payment is by direct deposit, cheque or credit card.  Please note that credit card payments will have a 3% surcharge to cover the bank merchant fee.

Please register your delegates as soon as possible. Delegate Registrations may be cancelled up 20 August 2009, with a full credit of monies paid. After that date, no credits are possible. However, you may substitute a different person for those registered at any time.

See and hear the stories of Allied Health departments who have successfully used Lean Thinking principles to improve patient care and staff morale and reduce waiting times. 

Stabilizing Allied Health Processes using 5S:

Learn how 5S can reduce much of the wasted time Allied Health spends searching for things, unnecessary phone calls and walking etc.
