Lean Success Stories – see & hear the stories of Allied Health departments who have successfully used lean thinking principles to improve patient care and staff morale & reduce waiting times. 

Stabilizing Allied Health Processes using 5S – learn how 5S can reduce much of the wasted time Allied Health spend searching for things, unnecessary phone calls and walking etc.

Learn how to use the key lean thinking tools to reduce delays and waits in systems and make them run smoothly with improved quality.
