Issues and Innovations Workshop (All members)
Concurrent small-group workshops for members to share their issues and innovations with each other. Each member is asked to prepare a 5-minute overview of one key innovation implemented in 2007 to share. Groups will be organised on a “like-with-like” basis across jurisdictions.

Board of Directors Meeting (Concurrent with last section of workshop)

Optional Workshop – Getting More Value from The Roundtable
(Designed for newer personal members, those who want better traction from Roundtable membership, and current exemplars)
  • Overall approach to benchmarking and innovation
  • Getting traction within complex organisations
  • Sharing Roundtable data with clinicians
  • Using Roundtable data to set bed day targets
  • Setting up improvement projects
  • Managing multiple, complex improvement initiatives

Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation and travel/flight arrangements.

The Novotel on Collins, Melbourne has set aside rooms for the nights of 17 & 18 March 2008 for The Health Roundtable at the Conference rate of AUD$240.00 (room only including GST).
