Please note.  All prices are listed in NZ Dollars for this meeting.  Please arrange payment by cheque or credit card, as we do not yet have EFT capabilities in NZ Dollars. 

NOTE: Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation and travel/flight arrangements. If you require accommodation please print out and complete the Accommodation Booking Form and return it to the Hotel. All requests for accommodation will depend on the Hotel’s availability.

Please register your delegates by 19 March 2009. Delegate Registrations may be cancelled up to 19 March 2009, with a full credit of monies paid. After that date, no credits are possible. However, you may substitute a different person for those registered at any time. Hotel and airfare arrangements are separate, and may have different policies regarding cancellations and name changes. Please contact them directly.

For catering purposes, if you are only attending one session on either day please indicate if you will be staying on for lunch or arriving for lunch when registering.

Executive Room - $265.00+GST
Langham Club Room - $375.00+GST
 
These rates are room only, per room per night.
 
Continental breakfast in our SBF Brassiere is charged at $24.00+GST per person
Full cooked breakfast in our SBF Brassiere is charged at $32.89+GST per person
Express breakfast in The Winery is charged at $10.67+GST per person – Monday to Friday only
