Bernie Mullin 
Public Health Physician with PhD in Epidemiology and 18 years experience in quality improvement, operational and change management, public health and clinical leadership roles across New Zealand
Brian Dolan 
Nursing Executive with major role in NHS modernisation program in England, clinical performance improvement at Canterbury DHB in New Zealand, with expertise in change management, patient journey redesign, and ward redesign
Stephen Ramsden
Chief Executive, Luton & Dunstable Hospital NHS Foundation Trust since 1998. Over thirty years experience in leading transformational change, quality & service improvement in acute health sector. National Patient Safety Campaign Director in England
Julie Wells
Director of Service Development at Luton and Dunstable Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, leading their patient safety program. Was Head of Improvement Knowledge at the NHS Modernisation Agency, co-authoring “The Ten High Impact Changes” along with Helen Bevan.   Led programme on tackling Healthcare Associated Infections for NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement
Pieter Walker
Psychologist with extensive experience in change management in the public health system. Leads our Lean Healthcare improvement program, along with Michael Blatchford
Michael Blatchford  
Process Engineer focusing on lean thinking for the last 10 years, who has been transforming these techniques into the health care setting over the last three years. Leads our Lean Healthcare program, along with Pieter Walker
Jamie Wilson
Sociologist trained in Health Policy and Management at Harvard School of Public Health, with extensive experience in data analysis, lean thinking, and change management
Fabian Chessell 
Computer Scientist, focusing on software development for mortality analysis, management reporting, and inpatient data analysis. Leads our six-monthly standardised mortality analysis project
David Dean
Social Scientist (PhD), with thirty years as management consultant focusing on change management in complex organisations, primarily in the health care industry.  Has served as General Manager of The Health Roundtable since its inception in 1995
