Health care in Australia has been going through significant transformation that is changing the way care is delivered. The key theme is the increasing pace of change and in response, leaders, physicians, staff and members of the broader healthcare system must work together in new ways.

Health care executives and physician leaders can be better prepared to meet these challenges by understanding and diagnosing the cultural health of their teams and organisations

The Health Roundtable will be running a one day workshop to assist hospitals in understanding culture and identify ideas for improvement

·         We will use results from a validated culture survey to compare and contrast to other members

·         We will share practical insights and hear from a Culture expert about their practical experience of turning culture around

·         Link organisational culture with operational performance and patient experience

·         Develop a list of suggested actions for each hospital to improve their culture
