Code-Check provides insight on your organisation's casemix and identifies opportunities to optimise WIES and ensure that episodes have accurate DRG assignment to represent the true complexity of the patients you're treating. Townsville Hospital presented at our 2017 Innovations Showcase. showing a return on investment of nearly $1m in a 9 month period!

The intelligence that has been built into the Code-Check analysis simplifies the process of running a focused coding audit, enhancing your Coding/H.I.M teams by highlighting:
- 50 episodes of ‘Minimum Effort’ – where one additional diagnosis code can positively impact the DRG acuity
- 50 episodes of ‘Maximum Return’ – where moving the DRG up one level delivers the biggest potential WIES increase
- A range of other insights that identify potential coding and documentation issues
- A list of ‘Benchmark or Prevalent’ codes for every episode. This harnesses the collective HRT database to show where your peers have coded various care items that are not present in selected episodes. This potentially highlights improvement opportunities in documentation or care pathway design.
These will be open events providing an overview of the system and its ease of use for your teams.
