The End of Life Care Improvement Group aim is to improve the provision of high quality end of life care by sharing information on implementing innovative and effective practices across the Districts.  Click here for brochure

The group receives 6-monthly reports that contain both operational and clinical data including access to palliative care, admissions to ICU as well as admissions to hospital in the last 6 months of life for illnesses such as cancer, COPD and heart failure.

The theme for the 2016 workshop will cover collaborating and engaging with the community including different cultural groups and developing a public health approach to improving end of life care.
