The NSW Chapter meeting provides
the opportunity to share insights as well as learn from experts from other
jurisdictions on issues including clinical care, operational planning, staffing
and financial management practices. This
year the members have elected to focus on:

Service Standards and mortality analysis at weekends and nights

Key note speaker Robert Wachter,
MD is Professor and Interim Chairman of the Department of
Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. His 2015 book, The Digital Doctor:
Hope, Hype, and Harm at the Dawn of Medicine’s Computer Age,
was a New York Times science bestseller.
