  • 24 April  Improving efficiency of the patient journey.

We are delighted that James Downie, Executive Director Activity Based Funding, at the Independent Hospital Pricing Authority will update the members on expected changes in 2015/16.

The workshop will use the latest analyses based on Jul—Dec 2014 data and we will show you how to use the reports and online tools to identify improvement opportunities in each of these areas:

Inpatient Length of Stay , Mortality Rates,Sub-acute care,Complications of Care, Emergency Timeliness,Outpatient Activity

Health Roundtable staff will answer your questions and help you identify solutions developed by ‘exemplar’ health services.  We also need your feedback and ideas on improving our reports.

Who Should Attend?

Anyone responsible for implementing improvements, or analysing performance in your health service!

In particular, we encourage the key data liaison team members who process and submit your datasets to attend.  You can register up to 4 delegates per organisation.
