Dr Crawford is Facility Manager & Director of Medical Services, Redland Hospital. Queensland Hospitals have significantly reduced their RSI to an extent that they now report the lowest index across Australia and New Zealand. Dr Crawford will talk about the strategies in place to achieve this result in an environment of constrained finances and staff cuts.
