At last, an Improvement Group dedicated to the timely benchmarking of all Sub-acute services as an integral part of the patient journey.  Click here for information brouchure

The group comprises Rehabilitation, Palliative Care, Geriatric and Evaluation and Management (GEM), Psychogeriatric care, and Maintenance care services. The group will commence work on the following activities:
  • Scrutinising the complete patient journey by mapping length of stay across the acute to sub-acute continuum;
  • Examining and benchmarking different models of care across sub-acute;
  • Identifying Sub-acute ABF revenue by mapping subacute services to SNAP codes.

The main focus in 2014 will be on getting the data and reports right to ensure effective benchmarking.

Delegate Registrations may be cancelled up to 20 November 2014, with a full credit of monies paid. After that date, no credits are possible. However, you may substitute a different person for those registered at any time.
