The workshop sessions are designed to provide time to share your issues and innovations, and to create a network of colleagues that will assist each other as you cope with the “perfect storm” that is hitting health systems around the globe.  The innovative ideas you hear from these sessions will help you make multi-million dollar financial performance improvements as well as improve the care of your patients. The meeting format will kick off with Michael McQueen, an outstanding keynote speaker, followed by rapid fire concurrent workshops and optional data clinics to get traction with health Roundtable Reports.  There will be plenty of time to hear the presenters and discuss ways to improve the patient journey.
