In March, senior executives attending the Global Group planning meeting heard from Vivian Lee from Utah Health Service on her trans formative work to redesign services to solve the “impossible problems” confronting us. The key principles agreed for future meetings were to:
• Keep the workshops focused at the senior executive level and
• Focus on ways to assist in becoming high performing organisations
We have organised an Executive Workshop for you to take the goal of sustaining high performance in your organisation from theory to action with two impressive international workshop leaders: Click here to download agenda
Raj Behal, Chief Quality Officer & Associate Dean at Stanford, will lead a discussion on creating a framework for higher performance in patient safety – providing practical insights on the critical interplay between accountability, support structures, and culture. To follow in the afternoon we are
very pleased to have Katharine McLennan, Corporate Leadership expert – highlighting insights from Australia’s largest organisations that can be applied to the Leadership Models for Healthcare
Who should attend? This is an Executive meeting, with limited attendance. Each Personal Member may bring up to three members of your executive team.
There is no registration cost for the meeting for organisations subscribed to our Global Innovation Group. However, you do need to make your own travel and accommodation arrangements, and you must register by 20th
August 2014 to let us know who is attending.
Group Dinner: The Health Roundtable will also host a group dinner from 6.30 pm on Wednesday, 3rd September at the Bluestone Restaurant 349 Flinders Lane, Melbourne. This provides a great way to catch up with your colleagues. This dinner is included in your subscription fee for yourself and registered delegates from your organisation
