REGISTRATIONS CLOSED 14TH MARCH 2014.  This meeting is fully subscribed.

Please contact Paul White 0415 867 5120415 867 512 to arrange an alternative briefing if you were unable to subscribe to this meeting.

This Data review meeting will help you identify opportunities to improve patient care.  We will explore the new collections of sub-acute and ambulatory care data as well as to provide updates on Inpatient and ED data.  The focus will be to learn how ‘exemplar’ heath services operate and health roundtable staff will help answer your questions.

You will learn how to use the Health Roundtable reports to quickly understand the key issues that are affecting your organisation and then discuss these ‘hot issues’ with other senior executives. This meeting will have separate interactive workshop sessions to highlight the latest analyses and get your feedback on:
· Inpatient care and mortality comparisons
· Sub-acute care comparisons
· Emergency presentations comparisons
· Ambulatory Care comparisons
The workshops will use your latest data from Jul—Dec 2013 where available, using the Australian National Weighted Activity Units as a benchmark.  New Zealand members are welcome to attend.  A separate concurrent workshop will be available to discuss NZ-specific data issues.

Delegate Registrations may be cancelled up to Wednesday 26 March with a full credit of monies paid. After that date, no credits are possible. However, you may substitute a different person for those registered at any time. Hotel and airfare arrangements are separate, and may have different policies regarding cancellations and name changes. Please contact them directly.
