In 2014 the Imaging Improvement Group’s focus will be on achieving more timely scans and reporting, and improving cost-effectiveness of imaging to help deal with rising levels of demand. Click here for more information

  • Learn how to increase efficiency of your imaging service to deal with rising demand.
  • Compare local practices with latest developments in the UK

Our Keynote Speaker for 2014, Professor Erika Denton will talk about how to manage costs, demand and quality in imaging. Erika is a practicing consultant radiologist based in the UK and since 2005 has been National Clinical Lead for Imaging at the Department of Health. She is currently the National Clinical Director for Diagnostics for NHS England. 

Delegate Registrations may be cancelled up to 20 February 2014, with a full credit of monies paid. After that date, no credits are possible. However, you may substitute a different person for those registered at any time. Hotel and airfare arrangements are separate, and may have different policies regarding cancellations and name changes. Please contact them directly.

A: Technical Workshop on Understanding Imaging Reports

Participants will have the opportunity to improve their understanding of the Imaging Reports as well as other Health Roundtable data (Paul White and the data team)

 

B: Creating Operational Dashboards to monitor progress in your imaging department.

Participants will have the opportunity to see examples of operational dashboards, and learn about the options for creating a business management tool for their own department.
