The Health Roundtable is delighted to have Michele Fleischacker from Kaiser Permanente, Director of Performance Improvement at Santa Rosa Medical Centre, to lead a one day workshop on Getting Better Results from Your Performance Improvement Program 13th November 2013, Sydney.
Michele’s credentials include Black Belt certifications in Six Sigma and Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma and she leads the Kaiser Permanente’s medical centers performance improvement strategy. Her expertise on performance improvement tools, techniques and change management is utilized for coaching, mentoring, facilitating and guiding teams and performance improvement advisors.
Workshop Aim: Understand the key aspects of Performance Improvement Models and share ideas on ways to improve it in the Australasian context.
Who should attend? Senior health service leaders, Managers Performance Improvement, Redesign, Quality and Safety Manager and Directors of Medical Services.
Meeting Cost:
The registration fee for this one-day special workshop is $450 per person plus GST, including the meeting venue, refreshments, and lunch. Please make your own travel and accommodation arrangements, and you must register by 5 October. Space is limited to 30 participants, with no more than three delegates per health service.
