10.30 – 11.00am	Morning Tea
11.00 – 12.30pm	Cost & Revenue Comparisons – Where do we stand? How do Paediatric Services compare using key comparisons of ALOS and cost per NWAU with the 2012/13 and 2013/14 rules? How does NWAU revenue compare across health services? How do ‘listed’ Paediatric Services compare with non-listed Paediatric Units in major acute hospitals? Which treatment types have the highest positive and negative margins?

1.30 – 2.30pm	Data Quality – How do we compare? How does coding quality differ amongst participating health services? e.g. Rate of “A” level DRGs, coding depth How well is outpatient care recorded? Discussion: What is “good practice” regarding coding and cost allocation? How to improve readiness for Activity Based Funding?
