NOTE: There is a fee (Conference Package) for each person attending the COMBINED NAHBC & HRT-AHBG Data Session and Workforce Sessions – 27-28 November 2008 which includes all conference facilities, arrival tea & coffee, morning & afternoon teas and lunches.

For catering purposes please select which sessions you will be attending including the Optional Dinner.

NOTE: If you require accommodation at The Vibe Savoy Melbourne please book before 5 November 2008.

Delegate Registrations may be cancelled up to 20 November 2008, with a full credit of monies paid. After that date, no credits are possible. However, you may substitute a different person for those registered at any time. Hotel and airfare arrangements are separate, and may have different policies regarding cancellations and name changes. 11.00 – 12.30pm	Workforce Session 3: How to communicate change to the CEOs and Senior Executive – lifting the awareness of Allied Health benchmarking.
12.30 – 1.00pm	Review of Action Plans and Next Steps:
1.00 – 2.00pm	Lunch (NAHBC & HRT-AHBG)
2.00 – 3.00pm	Hot Issues Open Market Place: Each hospital is to list their one key Allied Health workforce issue that they would like some input on from other participants. All participants then have an opportunity to view and comment on all the hot issues.
3.00 – 3.30pm	Action Planning: What ideas can we begin to implement in our Health Service? (Includes feasibility screening and development of Aims Statements)
3.30 – 4.00pm	Next Steps & Planning for Next Year (including Afternoon Tea)
4.00pm	*Meeting Concludes*

Accommodation & Travel/Flight Arrangements

Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation and travel/flight arrangements.

The Vibe Savoy Hotel Melbourne has set aside rooms for the nights Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 November 2008 for The Health Roundtable at the rates set out below:

$131 per night in a Standard Room [room only rate]

$146 per night in a Standard Room [including breakfast for 1 person]

$161 per night in a Standard Room [including breakfast for 2 people]
