Please note: registration for this workshop is for up to 5 staff members  of the 12 organisations subscribing to the Global Innovations Group.  If unsure, please call Kate Tynan 0417 481 661

The key activities for this meeting are to review progress and share insights on the global innovation projects selected in March:

  1. Reducing over use of full blood products in medical patients with anaemia
  2. Reducing variation in care for patients with fractured neck of femur
  3. Reducing variation in care for patients with ischaemic stroke
  4. Developing a high-performing health service
  5. Assessing comparative performance on a monthly basis
The Health Roundtable is delighted to have Professor Peter Spurgeon, Director of the Institute for Clinical Leadership at Warwick Medical School, United Kingdom as a keynote speaker at the Workshop, to talk specifically about the Medical Engagement Scale.  This is a key building block in the effort to create and maintain a high-performing health service.

Who should attend?  As the Personal Member of the Group, you may bring up to four additional delegates with you to this meeting.  It is very important that you attend the Executive Session in person on 29 August to provide leadership to your team, and have the opportunity to network with fellow members of the Global Innovation Group. The leaders of each of your selected projects should also attend.

There is no meeting registration cost for you or your delegates participating in the Global Innovation Group.  However, you do need to make your own travel and accommodation arrangements, and you must register by 8 August to let us know who is attending.

Note: Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation and travel/flight arrangements. If you require accommodation you must book before COB 28 July 2013. Requests for accommodation after this date will be subject to availability and rates at the time each individual reservation is made. Please see Accommodation information below.
