However, you may substitute a different person for those registered at any time.  Hotel and airfare arrangements are separate, and may have different policies regarding cancellations and name changes.  Please contact them directly.

Keynote Speaker: Opportunities to Improve End of Life Care in the Acute Hospital Setting - Peter Saul is a Senior Specialist in Intensive Care at John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle and Director of Intensive Care at Newcastle Private Hospital. He is a founder of the Clinical Unit in Ethics and Health Law at the University of Newcastle.

We will summarise the survey results and review the data to identify exemplar activities and performance. You will have the opportunity to hear what the exemplars are doing differently.

Participants will have the opportunity to improve their understanding of the Health Roundtable Mortality Reports and other Inpatient Reports (e.g. Department Reports and DRG reports) (Rohan Cattell and Bernie Mullin)

Redesign for End of Life Care

Pieter Walker will lead a workshop on service redesign and how to engage patients and families in improving their experience at the End of Life.
