However, you may substitute a different person for those registered at any time. We will review results from the reports circulated to you before the meeting and identify exemplar performers.

Hot topic session

Facilitated Session – sharing ideas, innovations and best practices on hot topics including asset management, capital equipment funding, the management of incidental findings, the patient journey through interventional imaging, scheduling

Action Planning: Health Service teams develop action plans for next 12 months to improve patient journey and improve value for money.

A. Technical Workshop on Understanding Imaging Reports

Participants will have the opportunity to improve their understanding of the Imaging and Emergency Department Reports as well as other Health Roundtable data (Bernie Mullin and the data team).

B. Lean Radiology Workshop: Reducing waste and improving throughput and scheduling

Pieter Walker will present examples of lean radiology improvements from across Australia and share international approaches.
