Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation and travel/flight arrangements.
 
The Novotel on Collins, Melbourne has set aside rooms for the nights of 1 and 2 October 2008 for The Health Roundtable at the Conference rate of AUD$220.00 (room only including GST).
 
To receive this rate please print out and complete the Accommodation Reservations Form and return it to the Hotel.

Requests for accommodation after this date will depend on the Hotel’s availability.
