Delegate Registrations may be cancelled up to 7 June, with a full credit of monies paid. After that date, no credits are possible. However, you may substitute a different person for those registered at any time. Hotel/Venue and airfare arrangements are separate, and may have different policies regarding cancellations and name changes. Please contact them directly.

*Depending on interest we will run a parallel session for the NZ Attendees with Richard Hamblin who is the NZ Commission’s Director of Health Quality and Evaluation and Rohan Cattell a Data Consultant with The Health Roundtable. This will focus on quality measures relevant for the NZ Sector.

Participants will have the opportunity to improve their understanding of the data and discuss practical implementation issues on Hospital Standardised Mortality Rate and Patient Safety Indicators. (Rohan Cattell, Aman Dayal and Bernie Mullin)

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (EI) FOR LEADING QUALITY & SAFETY INITIATIVES

Understand the role of your EI and the EI of your team in successfully implementing Patient Safety/Large Change initiatives.

Hear the latest EI research and the implications it has for health leadership and business outcomes. (Pieter Walker)
