Workshop on Getting Traction with Health Roundtable Reports (Bernie Mullin and Rohan Cattell)

Using the Acute Surgical Patient Journey and particularly colo-rectal cancer, data from 2011 reports will be presented including:

  • Overview of The Health Roundtable Website and Standard Reports:
    • In-patient data and Top 10 DRGs plus Departmental, Customised Briefing and Mortality Reports
  • Selection, interpretation and dissemination of reports for surgical services
    •  How do you find your DOSA rate for a specific DRG? 
    • What is the LOS for different procedures?
