Delegate Registrations may be cancelled up to 17 November 2011, with a full credit of monies paid. After that date, no credits are possible. However, you may substitute a different person for those registered at any time. Hotel and airfare arrangements are separate and may have different policies regarding cancellations and name changes.   • We will review the latest Casemix data and trend analyses, using only Victorian peers and exemplars, to identify new improvement opportunities.

Top 5 DRG Analysis and Discussion

  • Delegates will have the opportunity to discuss their Top 5 DRGs with their team and seek out peer exemplars in the room.

Meeting Budget Imperatives

  • The 2011/12 budget has been particularly challenging. Delegates will discuss their approaches to meeting budget targets, while maintaining service and quality of care levels and standards.

Health Services to prepare Lessons Learnt PowerPoint for display.

  • Share results or progress on projects identified at the May meeting, or other innovative practices which improve care and/or reduce the time in hospital for patients.
  • Innovative approaches to meeting significant budgetary challenges while keeping up with service demands and enhancing quality of care.
