11.30–1.00pm	Poster Presentations: Each organisation will display an example of an innovation or ‘good practice’ in Work Force Redesign
1.00–2.00pm	Lunch
2.00–3.15pm	Specific Poster Discussions: Posters selected by participants will be discussed in depth in small groups.
3.15–3.30pm	Afternoon Tea
3.30–4.30pm	Small Group Workshop: Identifying good practice goals for specific roles and developments.
4.30–5.00pm	Hospital Team Feedback Session: What good practice ideas to explore?

11.00–12.30pm	Hospital Team Workshop: Identifying and testing feasibility of innovative ideas to take back for implementation.
12.30–1.00pm	Next Steps: How to Work Together on Sharing Innovations in Work Force Redesign

2.00pm	Roundtable concludes.
