10.30–11.00am	Morning Tea
11.00–12.30pm	Poster Presentations: Each organisation will display an example of an innovation or ‘good practice’ in Outpatient Care Models.
12.30–1.30pm	Lunch
1.30–3.00pm	Specific Poster Discussions: Posters selected by participants will be discussed in depth in small groups.
3.00–3.30pm	Afternoon Tea
3.30–4.30pm	Small Group Workshop: Identifying good practice goals for specific models.
4.30–5.00pm	Hospital Team Feedback Session: What good practice ideas to explore?

12.30–1.00pm	Next Steps: How to Work Together on Improving the Outpatient Care Model.

The Novotel Brighton Beach has set aside rooms for the nights of 25 and 26 May 2011 for The Health Roundtable at the Conference rate of AUD$229.00 (Standard King) – room only including GST.
