The Imaging Journey Improvement Group aims to reduce waiting times, reporting delays, and unnecessary radiation exposure in imaging, and to share practices that improve the flow of patients through their overall hospital journey.

Members provide their detailed activity data for each patient encounter for comparative analysis by The Health Roundtable. This information is then merged with inpatient episode data to provide information on the staging and types of images required for specific types of patients at each health service.
