The Health Roundtable's Lean Healthcare Program is now in its third year, with over 100 graduates at over a dozen member health services. In 2008, we will be conducting three programs, each lasting about three months:
Program 1 Sydney 21 / 22 February, 10 / 11 April, 28 May
Program 2 Sydney 29 / 30 May, 17 / 18 July, 27 August
Program 3 Sydney 28 / 29 August, 9 / 10 October, 19 November
In addition, we offer in-house programs to health services that want to train larger numbers of staff. Please contact us for more information about these.

Project: Decrease ALOS of T&A by 50% to 0.33 days

Project: To lower Occupancy and the use of the corridor space in EC to <6 hrs for all general surgery patients by June 07
Waitemata
Project: Reduce to zero the time that patients spend waiting for their relatives to collect them
